Our Employees

President/ Owner: Carlie Uyemura

Carlie was born and raised on the vibrant island of Oahu. Having graduated from Roosevelt High School, she then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at University of Hawaii Manoa, which included a year abroad in Hiroshima, Japan.
Currently, Carlie is attending classes at Kapiolani Community College as a pastry arts student to further expand her knowledge on baking.
In her spare time, she enjoys surfing, tennis, reading, cooking, and of course, baking.
